Jo & Co. is the abbreviation of the company 'de Kwaadsteniet Training & Consultancy' established by Josefien de Kwaadsteniet in 2008.
Josefien has a background in Human Geography of developing countries, Advanced Development Studies and Responsible Tourism Management. Being a geographer, she has a broad interest in different areas, like education, natural resource management, food security, women's rights, youth empowerment, responsible tourism management, fair trade and cultural exchange.
Josefien has worked and lived in various African countries since 2004 with a base in the Netherlands. During the years, she has gained extensive experience in programme and project management as well as in training, facilitation and coaching. She is dynamic, creative, open minded, and loves to connect people, to facilite interaction and positive exchange.
